When taking the photos in London I really liked the architecture and in my head, I could visualize apartments being stuck together making it look like it's one big building.

Street photography in London Eddited & Experimentation

When taking the photos in London I really liked the architecture and in my head, I could visualize apartments being stuck together making it look like it's one big building. When taking photos I dont enjoy landscapes. I was told I take pictures of ugly things but I think it's pretty. The way I edited these photos was by changing the direction it's facing to create a seamless pattern/ image. These photos remind me of a colonoscope and have a psychedelic look to them. I've realized that I get a lot of my inspiration from the psychedelic aesthetic. I experimented with this style for the first time and I really like it. Makes the buildings and image look more interesting and conceptual.

Gina Soden's "Kaleidoscope" series showcases a departure from her typical approach of capturing abandoned spaces. In this series, she manipulates fragments of her own architectural photographs, employing techniques such as flipping, inversion, and rotation. This process creates an abstract and disorienting effect, inviting viewers to explore the resulting forms and discover new visual pathways. Soden's work remains rooted in her love for symmetry and her ability to find beauty in neglected spaces, presenting a vibrant tapestry of color and form that evokes a combination of the geometric and the organic.
